Pelletteria Monti Azzurri nasce nel 2023 a Tolentino, dall’iniziativa dei fratelli Mauro e Mirko Maccari, con l’obiettivo di dare continuità e struttura all’impresa familiare avviata nel 1987 come piccola bottega artigiana.
La prima vera evoluzione è culturale: trasformare il sapere manuale in metodo, mantenendo il controllo diretto su ogni fase della lavorazione.
Da laboratorio artigiano a realtà strutturata, capace di lavorare
per i grandi marchi del lusso.
Mauro porta una visione tecnica maturata come modellista
in una delle più importanti pelletterie milanesi.
Mirko guida la produzione, con una specializzazione avanzata nelle lavorazioni CNC e nella gestione dei processi.
Le radici nelle Marche non sono solo geografiche, ma antropologiche:
solidità, concretezza, senso del lavoro ben fatto.
Un’identità che guarda ai Monti Sibillini — i Monti Azzurri —
come simbolo di equilibrio tra forza e misura.
Pelletteria Monti Azzurri was founded in 2023 in Tolentino, by brothers Mauro and Mirko Maccari, with the aim of providing continuity and structure to the family business started in 1987 as a small artisan workshop.
The first true evolution is cultural: transforming manual expertise into a method, while maintaining direct control over every stage of production.
From an artisan workshop to a structured reality, capable of working
for major luxury brands.
Mauro brings a technical vision developed as a pattern maker
in one of the most prominent Milanese leather goods companies.
Mirko leads production, with advanced specialization in CNC machining and process management.
The roots in Marche are not merely geographical, but anthropological:

An identity that looks to the Sibillini Mountains — the "Monti Azzurri" —
as a symbol of balance between strength and restraint.
